Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Current Production Responsabilities:<ul><li>Established the production standard methods for current process according to the process floe diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M's (Material, Machine, Method and Main).</li><li>Supports the training processes to achieve the training schedule according to the established standard.</li><li>Develops and maintains updated the necessary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.).</li><li>Assist the production department to solve the process issues that effect the main KPI in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) by evaluating the 4M's + 2M's.</li><li>Confirms that the BOM  is met and submit periodic recommendations and/or changes of is needed to keep updated the material consumption.</li><li>Established and/or participates in continuous improvement projects (Kaisen, Lean system, VPS, projects, 6 sigma, etc).</li><li>Searches and investigate the waste's cause on all process production and/or phases in order to develop actions to reduce or eliminate them.</li><li>Is responsible for the initial issuance of the PFMEA.</li><li>Coordinates updating the PFMEA according to the revision and update schedule to improve the process performance.</li><li>Between others.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar.</li><li>3 or more years experience on the automotive manufacturing processes, preferably in chemical industry or rubber molding.
