Their mission is to oversee Talent Acquisition, Learning &amp; Development, Compensation &amp; Benefits, and Culture &amp; Engagement. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">Your role will be to  ensure global alignment, contribute to the People strategy, and foster an inclusive and high-performing team environment.
