<h3> <img src="https://workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/photos/128656/5a38db7d55a609fe2e80133305b3a8ff.jpg" style="width:756.750291552127px;height:auto;"> Skeleton is looking for a driven and experienced </h3><h3>Sales Coordinator (m/f/x)</h3>to support the sales team from PO to invoicing, coordinating order handling, and acting as the bridge between sales and supporting functions such as supply chain, procurement, and operations.Your responsibility areas:<ul><li>Support the Sales Team throughout the order-to-cash process — from purchase order entry to invoicing.</li><li>Enter and update orders accurately in the ERP system, ensuring correct product, quantity, and delivery details.</li><li>Coordinate deliveries with Supply Chain and the warehouse to ensure timely shipments and accurate documentation.</li><li>Prepare and monitor invoices according to delivery terms, and follow up with Finance on payment status.</li><li>Assist in customer onboarding, supplier setup, and maintaining up-to-date information in relevant systems.</li><li>Track order progress and resolve discrepancies, working closely with Procurement, Operations, and Logistics.</li><li>Handle customer claims and returns in cooperation with internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements within sales coordination and order handling.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates to the Sales Team and other departments.</li><li>Provide backup support for team members during absences.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in sales coordination, order management, or customer support (ideally 2–4 years). </li><li>Good understanding of the order-to-cash process, including purchase orders, delivery, and invoicing. </li><li>Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite) for order entry and tracking. </li><li>Familiarity with basic logistics documentation (CMR, packing lists, Incoterms) and coordination with warehouse or logistics teams. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for reporting and data management. </li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other languages such as German or Estonian are a plus. </li><li>A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to support process improvements.</li></ul>Benefits<ul> <li>We offer flexible working hours, with the possibility of mobile working without core working hours and sufficient freedom for your own ideas.</li> <li>A flat hierarchy culture - fostering our great working atmosphere.</li> <li>A motivating opportunity for continuous growth at Skeleton.</li> <li>An additional day off every year for your birthday. </li> </ul>We're not just about energy storage.
