Thanks to your hands on experience and solid understanding of AP processes and systems, you can hit the ground running from day one. Your responsibilities as our new Interim Accounts Payable Accountant include:<ul><li>Process purchase invoices (PO and non PO) in an accurate and timely manner; </li><li>Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Construction Management, Operations, IT) or suppliers  to resolve discrepancies;</li><li>Process daily bank statements and perform monthly reviews of the accounts payable aging report;</li><li>Maintain the accuracy of vendor master data;</li><li>Assist in maintaining organized financial records, including sales invoices and accounts receivable documentation;</li><li>Actively participate in process improvement projects and system implementations;</li><li>Support the accounting team with month-end closing activities, VAT return preparation, and documentation for the annual audit;</li><li>Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.</li></ul> At Fastned, you'll be working in a fast-growing European company listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, where people roll up their sleeves and seize opportunities wherever they come.
