<div> We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Sweden to establish and lead Nofence’s operations in the Swedish market. This pivotal role carries full responsibility for market performance and the development of local sales and customer success teams. As the company’s first representative on the ground, you will combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution to lay the foundation for sustainable growth. The ideal candidate brings a blend of commercial acumen, strategic marketing insight, and a deep understanding of Swedish agriculture and rural communication dynamics. You thrive in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment where adaptability and structure must coexist. Your ability to balance operational delivery with long-term planning will be key in successfully positioning Nofence in this new market. Personality and mindset will be critical to success. About the role Key responsibilities: <ul><li>Launch and lead Nofence in Sweden, establishing brand presence and driving initial growth. Accountable for the country P&amp;L, sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.</li><li>Develop, lead, and execute on the growth strategy for Sweden, including marketing budgets and activities in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager Northern Europe</li><li>Build and lead a small local team (initially 1–2 roles in sales and support).</li><li>Identify, engage, and build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.</li><li>Represent Nofence at agricultural events, trade shows, and industry forums.</li><li>Own sales processes - from handling inbound inquiries to driving proactive outbound activities.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the broader Nofence organization and contribute beyond the Swedish market through sharing best practices and supporting other markets.</li><li>Provide local market insights into product and commercial planning.</li></ul> About you You probably have the following background/profile: Major professional experiences &amp; competencies <ul><li>8+ years of experience in commercial roles such as sales, business development, and marketing, ideally within agriculture or ag-tech.</li><li>Proven experience in building and leading small teams.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in dynamic environments.</li><li>Comfortable with hands-on work and willing to do what it takes to establish and grow a new market.</li><li>Native-level Swedish and fluent English required; proficiency in other Scandinavian languages is a plus.</li><li>Based in Sweden, with willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.</li></ul> Personal characteristics <ul><li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality</li><li>Collaborative, clear communicator with strong project management skills</li><li>Pragmatic and flexible – comfortable in a high-change environment</li><li>A natural team builder and contributor with a get-it-done attitude </li></ul>What we offer <ul><li>The opportunity to build something from the ground up with real impact on sustainable farming.</li><li>Support from a strong, mission-driven international team.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth as Nofence scales in Sweden and across Europe.</li></ul> How to apply Ready to take on this exciting challenge?
