ABOUT THE ROLE <div style="text-align:justify;">As General Manager, you will own and drive our private sector business globally. This means you will lead multiple functions across the sales and product development in a SaaS environment. You will build and lead a high-performance team, create operational excellence, drive commercial growth, expand internationally and elevate our footprint in enterprise markets.</div> THE CHALLENGE <ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li>Lead and grow a diverse global cross-functional teams, drive accountability, development and performance.</li><li>Build and optimize operational processes and business systems to support rapid growth, global rollout and scalable platform/service delivery.</li><li>Own P&amp;L, budgeting, forecasting and drive revenue growth, margin improvement and operational efficiency.</li><li>Represent the company to clients and partners; inspire the team with vision and execution.</li><li>Foster a culture of high performance, innovation and customer focus.</li></ul> YOUR PROFILE <ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li style="text-align:justify;">Proven track record of managing and growing teams in a SaaS company (or platform-led business) at senior leadership level.
