advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.</li> <li>Professional Engineering (PE) license is required with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed. </li> <li>7+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in construction materials or geotechnical engineering.</li> <li>Strong knowledge and familiarity with industry standards and regulations in geotechnical and construction materials testing methods, ASTM standards, AASHTO, DOT, ASCE, OSHA, laboratory testing, soil classifications, and construction oversight. </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage mid-to-large, complex, and high-impact projects in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.</li> <li>Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and additional industry specific software.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.</li> <li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. </li> <li>Ability to write technical reports, proposals, business correspondences and/or procedure manuals as needed. </li> <li>Experience managing project financials, contracts, and vendor relationships.</li> <li>Ability to travel to job sites as needed.</li> <li>Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities in a timely manner. </li></ul><h2>Travel Requirements</h2><p>● This position requires regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or company events. </p><h2>Physical Demands &amp;
