Education and experience must include building and maintaining commercial electrical distribution systems, sizing of conductors and enclosures, grounding, transformers, breaker &amp; instrument panels, disconnects and switchgear, lighting systems, workstation power, motors and starters, cable trays and conduit installations.  Must have up to date knowledge and understanding of NEC and ability to troubleshoot.</li><li>Low voltage electrical/electro-mechanical controls – Education and experience must include building and maintaining commercial fire detection/alarm, security, automated HVAC and lighting controls, intercom, door and gate relay controls, telemetry equipment, video monitoring systems, and various sensors and detection devices.
