You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, data integrity, and compliance with local statutory requirements. What will you do:<ul><li>Manage and process payroll data for employees across India, Canada, and selected APAC countries</li><li>Collaborate with external payroll vendors to support monthly payroll processing, reporting, and statutory compliance</li><li>Assist in the validation of payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring alignment with employment contracts, internal policies, and legal requirements</li><li>Perform data audits and reconciliations across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness</li><li>Support global payroll transformation efforts, including vendor transitions and automation initiatives</li><li>Partner with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to address queries, reporting needs, and cross-functional coordination</li><li>Maintain payroll documentation and help ensure alignment with global processes and local statutory frameworks</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement efforts to streamline payroll processes and enhance service delivery</li></ul>
