Join us in powering North America!Your Opportunity One Permanent Full Time Position. The Lead, Product &amp; Trade Control is responsible for managing the Product and Trade Control Middle Office functions within the Commodity Risk Management Program, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of trading and risk activities. This role oversees the daily operations of deal and position validation, price curve review, exception reporting, and risk controls, while providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to the team. The Lead acts as the primary point of contact for audit inquiries, drives process improvements, and ensures all trading activities and reporting adhere to risk policies, delegation of authorities, and internal limits.
