This is a key position within the Bord Gáis Energy Marketing team where you’ll be responsible for driving conversations, growing online communities, planning and executing digital PR campaigns and amplifying our sponsorship assets.Location: With our Flexible First working arrangements we empower our colleagues to work in a way that best suits them – meaning location doesn’t need to be a barrier. You will however need to be flexible to work from our Dublin office 2-3 days each week.What will you do?<ul><li>Lead social-first digital PR campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Drive influencer and ambassador strategy, including recruitment, management, and content co-creation.</li><li>Deliver proactive media engagement and thought leadership across net zero products and services.</li><li>Monitor influencer performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.</li><li>Manage crisis communications and protect brand reputation.</li><li>Develop integrated campaigns combining influencer, sponsorship, and PR activities.</li><li>Track trends and competitor activity to inform creative strategies.</li><li>Oversee sponsorship activation plans, influencer strategy, and digital PR budgets.</li><li>Build strong relationships with rights holders and stakeholders to unlock activation opportunities.</li><li>Support commercial business cases for sponsorship proposals.</li><li>Provide communications support for key marketing campaigns.</li></ul>Here’s who we’re looking for:Our ideal candidate will have experience working across PR, Social and digital channels to deliver impactful campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Ideally you can bring the following:<ul><li>Significant proven experience – agency experience would be preferable in a social agency or PR agency.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to form, establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Commercially astute and comfortable owning KPI’s and reporting on numbers.</li><li>Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure as part of a dynamic team.</li><li>Ability and flexibility to work outside office hours as required by the nature of some events.</li><li>A Marketing, Communications or equivalent third-level qualification.</li></ul>Why should you apply?       We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place.
