Drive continuous improvement of existing products, processes, and materials, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and customer requirementsIndependently design, conduct, and evaluate laboratory, pilot plant, and production trials to assess new materials and process conceptsExecute product and process validations in collaboration with production and quality assurance teams, in compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 13485)Support the transition of new materials and processes into full-scale production, including technical assistance during scale-up and production approval phasesWork closely with internal stakeholders such as production, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and marketing, as well as external partners, to achieve development objectivesPrepare comprehensive technical documentation and present project outcomes to internal stakeholders and, when required, to customers.
