<p>AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Engineer. The Candidate will join the Building &amp; Places Team, which provides services on large-scale real estate and civil engineering projects. Our teams work on complex real estate projects, pulling the right resources across the company to support project needs.</p><ul><li>Lead the design and delivery of mechanical systems (including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, drainage, water supply, firefighting, renewable energy systems, and controls) for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.</li><li>Manage the full technical and design process from concept through developed design, construction, and handover, ensuring robust coordination, quality, and adherence to budget and sustainability goals.</li><li>Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and construction partners to define design objectives, coordinate interfaces, and resolve technical and design issues throughout all project phases.</li><li>Provide technical guidance, contribute to bids and tenders with planning and logistical input, and support the preparation of Health &amp; Safety Files and O&amp;M manuals.</li><li>Engage with international offices, mentor junior engineers, and foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>
