What you bring<ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role.</li><li>Good knowledge of Office 365. You can help with user accounts, licenses, and issues in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.</li><li>Experience with JAMF for Mac devices. You can set up, manage, and support Mac laptops, apps, and security updates.</li><li>Strong focus on asset management. You keep track of our hardware and software from purchase to end-of-life.</li><li>Experience with meeting room tech. You make sure screens, video calls, and sound work well, and you can jump in fast if something breaks during a meeting.</li><li>Good understanding of access management. You handle user access and permissions in a safe way.</li><li>You enjoy helping with onboarding and offboarding.
