This position supports the day-to-day management and optimization of client accounts - certification projects from initiation through final client deliverables. This includes work order creation, invoicing, and certification packet release in conjunction with SCS program staff and auditors.Relevant Standards/Schemes<ul> <li>B Lab</li></ul>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul> <li>Engage with clients, affiliates, and partners by responding promptly to their questions and requests</li> <li>Provide support in understanding requirements and develop relationships with clients as knowledge base expands</li> <li>Receive, process, and set up New Client Requests</li> <li>Provide program support in the preparation of Initial and Renewal Work Orders for B Lab program and with client invoicing and certification packet release</li> <li>Coordinate with technical staff to ensure timely service delivery and solutions that meet global client and program needs</li> <li>Support the maintenance and implementation of program quality system by organizing and maintaining client files and documents, program procedures, protocols, and forms, and progress tracking to maintain compliance with SCS quality management systems and/or the rules of the relevant certification scheme</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul> <li>Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field or</li> <li>3+ years of professional experience in business administration and experience in project or program coordination, client interface, and data entry</li> <li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Ability to adapt to frequent timeline changes with complex, long-term projects</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management</li> <li>Fluent in English and Spanish with professional experience in verbal and written communication</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li> <li>Experience using database systems (Salesforce) and remote applications for communication (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)</li> <li>Initiative and ability to work independently; responsive and adaptive to diverse team environment</li> <li>Commitment to SCS values and environmental issues</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce</li> <li>Multi-language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German); French or Portuguese is highly desirable</li></ul>The above description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
