Assists in start-up,  shut-down and normal operations of the power plant systems.Optimizes and adjusts processes, flows, settings and other customer plant performance related features based on guidance from technicians and supervisors.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Maintains tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and available for use. Utilizes all tools, equipment, and accessories in such a manner so as to maximize useful operating life.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Monitors and reports on the status of tasks and activities, ensuring timely completion. Completes and maintains all logs and running records clearly and concisely according to the stipulated guidelines.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Identifies and resolves routine problems within the scope of work, escalating complex issues to higher levels. Takes corrective action during system operational disturbances.
