Responsibilities / TasksKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support quotations for engineering-related products by coordinating with the sales team and related departments.</li><li>Issue purchase orders (PO) to the factory, production team, including local suppliers and relevant stakeholders, to ensure timely procurement and production.</li><li>Coordinating with the office and factory to ensure smooth and consistent communication.</li><li>Inspect incoming machinery and goods to ensure they meet the required specifications and conditions.</li><li>Prepare inspection reports and notify the factory or responsible parties of any defects or necessary improvements.</li><li>Support and coordinate with logistics operations for import, export and customs declarations such as invoices, packing lists, including logistics and location transportation to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.</li><li>Create, repair, request documents for special cases, and coordinate with related departments to resolve issues efficiently.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team and relevant departments to plan and manage stock, including stock forecasts, Stock balance and inventory levels.</li><li>Coordinate and organize seminars, including venue selection, catering, and required logistics.</li><li>Prepare and summarize meeting minutes for both internal and external meetings, distribute to stakeholders, and follow up on action items.</li><li>Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all documents for easy retrieval.</li><li>Provide general administrative and documentation support as assigned.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Qualifications:</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, import/export coordination, or inventory management.</li><li>Basic understanding of engineering or manufacturing processes is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li><li>Good command of English communication – reading, writing, and speaking – is required.</li><li>Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
