As a Procurement Analyst (Ops), you’ll drive strategic sourcing, foster vendor relationships, and influence critical decisions that power innovative PV, HV, and BESS solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to make an impact on sustainable energy, this is your opportunity.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and process documentation (Pre quals, W9s, banking Information, Vendor Setup in Gatekeeper, etc.)</li><li>Administer and support execution of the competitive bid process via Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotes (RFQ) as needed.</li><li>Support achieving the organization’s mission and objectives, including development and implementation of a best-in-class sourcing strategy, with a focus on PV, HV, and BESS EPCs for both new-build and repower projects</li><li>Conduct supplier bid review and supplier performance reviews to assess contractor risks and opportunities and recommend strategies to strengthen contractor selection</li><li>Collaboratively interact with CAM, Engineering, Development and Construction to establish and maintain lines of contact in a cross functional work environment.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential vendors.</li><li>Interface with EPC, O&amp;M, and other services contractors to gather and analyze market intelligence on emerging trends, tariff impacts, and legislative or policy changes that may influence the bidding process and project schedule</li><li>Responsible for the qualification and evaluation process for suppliers of services.</li><li>Support commercial negotiations with the Contracts team.</li><li>Develop, communicate, and enforce procurement policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Analytics, or equivalent Business discipline.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills </li><li>Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers and vendors.   </li><li>Able to perform and multitask in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Self-directed with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) </li><li>Experience or willingness to learn a CRM software.</li></ul>Why Join Arevon?
