As part of the team, you will be involved in Product Development, Value Chain and Construction Project Development Processes in close collaboration with the other teams in BST (Drafting, Integrated Engineering and Building Technologies), as well as other Departments across Gropyus.  About the position <ul><li>Project development in stage LP5 </li><li>Implementation of state-of-the-art architectural and technical solutions in our timber residential Building Product </li><li>Constant and controlled evolution of the Product within the Series- and Change Management </li><li>Coordination with design disciplines like Engineering, MEP, Building Physics, Acoustics, Fire Protection, and Energy Design </li><li>Contribute to the improvement of our Digital Value Chain in close collaboration with the Product and Technology Teams </li><li>Design for user centricity, DfMA, sustainability, and cost</li><li>Independent prioritization and coordination of system development activities, taking into account timelines, dependencies, and the company's strategic objectives</li></ul> About you Must have<ul><li>Project experience in technical detail development of the project stage LP5 in Germany (min. 3 years), focusing on technical detailed design, particularly the building envelope and structural works </li><li>Proficiency in relevant German building regulations and codes</li><li>Experience in timber construction</li><li>Experience with building class 4/5</li><li>Fluent English skills   </li><li>Good German skills</li></ul> Nice to have <ul><li>Experience with residential buildings </li><li>Experience in Revit </li><li>Experience in AutoCAD and in Rhino</li></ul> What we offer  <ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days. </li><li>Flexible work: We value regular in‑person collaboration in the office, while also offering working from home and the opportunity to work up to 40 days a year from abroad.</li><li>Attractive perks and benefits: We offer a company pension scheme, language courses (English/German), and employee discounts with selected sustainable brands.
