This role involves hands-on harness assembly, subsystem builds, and electronic testing, all executed to the highest standards of quality and precision.</span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Fabricate, assemble, and route complex wiring harnesses based on engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation.</li><li>Crimp, terminate, and secure connectors (e.g., 38999, Deutsch, Bulgin, M12).</li><li>Assemble electrical and mechanical subsystems according to work instructions and schematics.</li><li>Conduct functional and continuity testing on harnesses, circuits, and subassemblies using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.</li><li>Perform in-process quality checks on assemblies throughout the build lifecycle.</li><li>Maintain an organized and operational production space; calibrate and maintain equipment as needed.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>1+ years of hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assembly (internships, school projects, military experience, or personal projects count!)</li><li>Familiarity with electrical subsystems and basic inspection practices.</li><li>Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, or power supplies for simple electronic testing.</li><li>Ability to carefully follow written and verbal instructions.</li><li>Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions, learn, and collaborate.</li><li>We understand that candidates bring different strengths and experiences, and you don’t need to meet every qualification to be considered.
