Enhance the channels to market and optimise solution to ensure a high probability of success.</li><li>Contribute to local Hitachi Energy Business Unit strategy. Work to develop solutions in line with the strategy through the identification and definition of business opportunities as well as future potential partnerships/collaborations with Hitachi and/or key stakeholders in the industry.  Analyses customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as differentiating from competitors, identification of white spots for capture and new requirement analysis to define with the team solutions to penetrate the market.</li><li>Ensure the development of marketing &amp; sales plans, focus on Utilities / Renewables,  attendance at appropriate industry seminars, development of success stories and news and delivery of same into the social channels.</li><li>Lead or contribute to creation of pipelines and progress the opportunities into a sustainable and profitable business with low commercial risk.
