The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital and analog electronics, and industrial control logic (e.g., ladder logic).<div></div>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform functional and parametric testing of circuit cards, FPGA boards, and microcontroller-based systems.</li><li>Develop and execute test procedures and test plans based on engineering specifications.</li><li>Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools to verify performance and identify faults.</li><li>Program and validate FPGA configurations (e.g., using VHDL/Verilog) and microcontroller firmware.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair defective units down to the component level.</li><li>Interface with engineering teams to provide feedback on design and test results.</li><li>Support automated test equipment (ATE) and develop scripts for test automation.</li><li>Work with PLC systems and ladder logic to validate control boards.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of test results, failures, and corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards and ESD protocols.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Manager</li></ul><div></div>Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).</li><li>3+ years of experience in electronics testing or manufacturing support.</li><li>Proficiency in reading schematics, datasheets, and technical drawings.</li><li>Proficiency in soldering</li><li>Experience with microcontroller programming</li><li>Familiarity with FPGA development tools is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of PLC systems and ladder logic programming  is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce</li></ul>  Salary Range: $42,800.00-$57,100.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
