Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Managing the payroll process via external provider for the country, across multiple legal entities.</li><li>Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining payroll records.</li><li>Advising management on various projects and change management in the processes or policies of GEA</li><li>Understanding and enforcing  GEA global and local policies updated and integrated into payroll processing</li><li>Working closely with local HRBP’s and our central HR hub on day-to-day task and driving projects</li><li>Making sure our Workday system is synced with the payroll software, performing data entry as needed</li><li>Ensuring timely payments of salary, taxes and applicable social charges</li><li>Replying to employee queries, escalating queries and concerns as needed. Draw conclusion of process improvements</li><li>Act as a responsible backup in times of absence</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, managing stakeholders and projects.</li><li>Proficiency in Danish and English is needed</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in payroll softwares, Microsoft Office, Workday, various HR systems.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
