Refrigeration TechnicianWe are hiring for a Semiskilled Refrigeration Technician who will be responsible for repairs and breakdowns in the Services Business Unit.SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES:<ul> <li>Refrigeration, mechanical and electrical aptitude.</li> <li>Ability to work in factory environments.</li> <li>Ability to work independently.</li> <li>Works under pressure.</li> <li>Attention to detail is essential.</li> <li>Team player</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; DUTIES:<ul><li>Complete required service reports and communicate to relevant persons.</li><li>Communicate field service activities with the Service Technician</li><li>Installation, service and repair of refrigeration air conditioning, and all associated tasks thereof.</li><li>Overall understanding Industrial Air conditioners</li><li>Good working knowledge of intercoolers and heat exchangers</li><li>Understand customer requirements and provide most cost-effective solution from Rubicon.</li><li>Coordinate and work well with Service Partners</li><li>Other duties as may be requested from time to time.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Matric (Grade 12)</li><li>In possession of a Refrigeration Qualification</li><li>Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in relevant field</li><li>Working knowledge of refrigeration products is required.</li><li>Experience using electrical meters and troubleshooting.</li><li>Previous field service experience preferred.</li><li>Possess a valid driver’s licence</li></ul>About Rubicon Industrial Technology ADVANCING INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGYWe are the leading industrial automation solutions supplier to the manufacturing sector and related system integrators in South Africa.
