AECOM is seeking a Traffic Management Center Operator to be based in Nashville, TN. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and control traffic management devices (CCTV, Dynamic Message Signs, etc.) across Davidson County highways.</li><li>Support first responders, emergency management, and law enforcement communications.</li><li>Detect and report incidents, dispatch service patrols, assist first responders, and notify the public.</li><li>Handle calls from various persons, organizations, and agencies.</li><li>Create and submit work orders for equipment failures or malfunctions.</li><li>Use software applications to control ITS field devices, monitor traffic flow, and perform data analysis.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of data submissions in logs, reports, and documentation.</li><li>Provide guidance to responders and motorists during severe traffic events.</li><li>Post alerts, notifications, and messages as needed.</li><li>Assist in coordinating responses to disasters and high-profile events affecting roadways.</li><li>Perform other related duties as directed.</li></ul>
