We are seeking a talented innovative Senior Mechanical Design Engineers, to join our team in our Building Engineering practice. As a key member of our Building Services team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and products that meet our clients' needs and industry standards.<ul><li>Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.</li><li>Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.</li><li>Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.</li><li> Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered.</li><li>Oversee the integration of Building services designs with architectural and Structural elements for seamless project execution.</li><li>Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and sustainability goals.</li><li>Lead technical discussions with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, addressing complex design challenges.</li><li>Participate in the preparation of project proposals, including technical write-ups and resource estimates.</li><li>Ensure that all designs meet safety, environmental, and legal standards, staying updated on evolving industry codes.</li><li>Provides guidance to entry level engineers.</li><li>Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision.</li></ul>
