We are seeking intellectually curious and highly motivated team members who are ready to embrace the thrilling challenge of building the first European-owned hyperscale cloud.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Stockholm</p><p><strong>Job type:</strong> Permanent position</p><p><strong>Join the Pioneers</strong></p><p>We’re looking for an experienced Head of Construction to lead the delivery of evroc’s hyperscale data centre projects across Europe.</p><p>In this role, you will build and guide our construction and installation organisation, shape our execution model, and ensure our state-of-the-art facilities are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to world-class quality standards.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity to join at a foundational stage and define how Europe’s sovereign cloud infrastructure is physically built.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Tackle</strong></p><ul> <li>Lead      and develop evroc’s construction &amp; installation team across multiple      international sites.</li> <li>Define      construction processes, standards, and delivery frameworks for large-scale      data centre builds.</li> <li>Work      closely with project management, design, procurement, commissioning and      project controls to ensure alignment on scope, schedule and risk.</li> <li>Manage      contractors and vendors throughout tendering, selection and execution.</li> <li>Oversee      on-site progress, resolve escalations, and drive performance across      safety, quality, cost and schedule.</li> <li>Provide      constructability input into early design and support seamless transition      into commissioning and operations.</li> <li>Build a      strong safety-first and quality-driven culture across all project      partners.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills We Value</strong></p><ul> <li>10+      years of construction experience, including work on large, complex      infrastructure projects.</li> <li>Strong      background in construction or installation management, preferably in      mission-critical environments.</li> <li>Leadership      experience building and managing international teams.</li> <li>Demonstrated      experience delivering data centre projects.</li> <li>Ability      to drive contractors, mitigate risks early, and maintain clarity in      fast-paced environments.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join evroc?</strong></p><p>We offer a competitive salary and an equity package to attract the best.
