Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>You are part of our HR Operations team, who is the first point of contact for our employees for questions on all HR-related topics as well as system support.</li><li>You take care of our employees' HR related concerns via ticket system, chat and calls and, if necessary, forward them to the responsible department.</li><li>You advise on HR processes and ensure that the HR policies are adhered to.</li><li>In addition to GEA employees and managers, your stakeholders are also your colleagues from HR Operations and the local HR Business Partners.</li><li>You adequately maintain employee data in our HRM systems (Workday, Service Now and SAP).</li><li>With great care you also create various documents, such as certificates, job references or congratulatory letters.</li><li>Together with your team, you will ensure standardized processes - we live and breathe best practice sharing and are looking for people who are keen to continuously optimize these processes.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>You completed business studies with a focus on human resources and/or have hands-on experience and training in the field of human resources.</li><li>In your way of working, you are solution-oriented, you are able to organize yourself well, you like to support team-internal questions and you love the challenge to solve difficult cases and practice knowledge sharing.</li><li>Communication and customer orientation are your top skills.</li><li>You feel at home in an administrative environment and because you are PC-savvy, you can quickly familiarize yourself with our systems or ideally have experience in Workday, Service Now as well as the common MS Office tools.</li><li>We expect you to be fluent in written and spoken French &amp; Spanish; in addition, you should be fluent in English so that you feel at home in the international GEA environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>International team based in the heart of Berlin-Mitte</li><li>Insight into the dynamic world of an HR Shared Service Center</li><li>30 days of vacation</li><li>Flexible home office policy / Hybrid</li><li>Monthly lieferando food Voucher</li><li>Monthly BVG subsidy support</li><li>In addition to the home office option, your workplace is part of Pressehaus Podium (from October)</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
