Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Planning Engineer to join our PMC team and lead the planning and scheduling functions of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project planning, preferably within the PMC framework, and possess strong technical and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to align project timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance.</li><li>Perform delay analysis and recommend mitigation strategies.</li><li>Prepare and present project planning reports to stakeholders and senior management.</li><li>Support cost estimation and resource planning activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Conduct site visits to validate progress and ensure schedule adherence.</li><li>Advanced project scheduling and planning expertise.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Leadership and team coordination skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and delay analysis techniques.</li></ul>
