BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for dynamic and results-driven individual to join as a Material Coordinator for our Luxembourg Technical Center. The Material Coordinator will be responsible for Warehouse, Shipping/Pickup, Kitting, Inventory and Parts consumption.<ul><li>Receive, label, and store all incoming materials in the prototype inventory system, assigning appropriate inventory locations.</li><li>Manage materials electronically using SAP and BW internal systems.</li><li>Generate inventory control reports, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and kit components required for prototype builds.</li><li>Handle shipping and pick-up of components.</li><li>Track raw material and finished product consumption.</li><li>Identify and locate required materials/components during delivery and kitting processes.</li><li>Communicate part shortages and discrepancies to Material Planners.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock and inventory levels.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues such as missing packages, incorrect deliveries, and damaged products.</li><li>Control and manage quarantined materials in accordance with quality procedures.</li><li>Support scrap management in collaboration with the Quality Engineer.</li><li>Verify the quantity and quality of incoming deliveries with support from the Quality Engineer.</li><li>Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.</li><li>Maintain warehouse stock value within target thresholds.</li><li>Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines when handling sensitive materials.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance, material flow efficiency, and inventory accuracy.</li></ul>Internal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement Carefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
