This role will be pivotal in driving financial performance, providing strategic insights, and managing the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. The Director of FP&amp;A will work closely with executive leadership and department heads to optimize capital allocation, assess new business opportunities, and ensure financial rigor across all operations.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">This is a critical leadership role for a hands-on, analytical, and commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, and high-growth environment, ideally with experience in infrastructure, energy, </span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">or real estate development.</span></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</h3><ul><li>Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic financial planning (LRP).</li><li>Develop and maintain complex financial models to support critical business decisions, including capital expenditure planning, project financing, and operational efficiency analysis.</li><li>Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance to executive leadership on business performance, market trends, and potential risks and opportunities.</li><li>Manage the company's financial metrics (KPIs) and reporting, providing detailed variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast).</li></ul><h3>Process Improvement &amp; Leadership</h3><ul><li>Drive continuous improvement of FP&amp;A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability (e.g., implementation or optimization of ERP/planning software).</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&amp;A team, fostering a culture of rigorous analysis, collaboration, and continuous learning.</li><li>Ensure alignment between financial plans and operational goals.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.</li><li>Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&amp;A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.</li><li>Proven experience in a high-growth company, or one focused on complex capital-intensive projects (e.g., infrastructure, energy, utilities, real estate development).</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, including the ability to build sophisticated, integrated three-statement financial models from scratch.</li><li>Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives and/or Boards of Directors.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience with project finance or evaluating infrastructure assets (e.g., NPV, IRR calculations, debt structuring impacts).</li><li>Experience implementing or managing modern FP&amp;A software tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of the EV, charging infrastructure, or real estate development sectors.</li></ul><br><div>We are building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
