As part of the Design Phase Interface Team, this role ensures seamless coordination of structural design across disciplines through technical guidance, clash resolution, stakeholder collaboration, and advanced structural analysis. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, deep technical expertise, and cross-disciplinary communication skills to support high-quality, integrated design outcomes.Responsibilities<ul><li>Facilitate regular interface meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.</li><li>Maintain a comprehensive interface register to document, track, and report on the status of all identified interface points.</li><li>Provide expert technical guidance on the integration of structural systems with other building and infrastructure components.</li><li>Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and submittals from various disciplines to ensure compatibility with the structural design.</li><li>Lead the resolution of technical clashes and discrepancies between different design models and drawings (e.g., BIM clash detection and resolution).</li><li>Ensure that all design changes are effectively communicated and coordinated across all affected disciplines.</li><li>Perform and oversee complex structural analysis and design for a variety of structures, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.</li><li>Prepare and review detailed engineering calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers in both technical design and interface management best practices.</li><li>Serve as the key liaison between the civil/structural team and other project stakeholders.</li><li>Clearly and concisely communicate complex technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with all project partners to foster a collaborative and integrated project environment.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis is required.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in civil and structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.</li><li>A Master of Science in Structural Engineering is highly preferred.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp;
