Ultimately, this will help reduce the cost and risk of operations for the industry.What will you be getting into?Supporting the non-US entities (Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Serbia, India). Focus on monthly close, statutory support, VAT/CIT packs, and audit preparation across multiple jurisdictions.As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will:<ul><li>Prepare monthly close packs for multiple EMEA entities (TB reviews, BS recs, P&amp;L analysis).</li><li>Perform and document balance sheet reconciliations (cash, AR, AP, payroll, IC, tax, accruals, etc.).</li><li>Prepare data for local auditors and outsource providers for audits and statutory financial statements.</li><li>Prepare VAT/CIT support schedules and coordinate with local tax advisors.</li><li>Own intercompany reconciliations for designated entities.</li><li>Help maintain compliance calendars and ensure deadlines for filings and audits are met.</li><li>Ensure NetSuite classes and departments are accurate for reporting.</li></ul><ul></ul>Requirements of the job:<ul><li>4–7 years of work experience in GL / statutory / audit support, ideally in multi-entity / multi-country environments</li><li>Experience with IFRS / local GAAP exposure is a plus.</li><li>Experience in Big 4 / leading audit firms is a strong advantage.</li><li>NetSuite or other ERP experience preferred; strong Excel required.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, ability to work across multiple entities and deadlines.</li></ul>Bonus Points:<ul><li>Prior experience supporting EMEA entities with hands-on exposure to country-specific statutory, VAT, and audit requirements across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements or automation in monthly close, reconciliations, or reporting (e.g., Excel efficiencies, NetSuite optimization, or coordination with shared service centers).</li><li>Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating effectively with auditors, tax advisors, and cross-functional internal teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li></ul>Perks of the Job:<ul><li>Time Off: Generous leave policy—among the best in the industry.</li><li>Global Team: Work with teammates across 5 countries and diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Impact: Contribute to building the backbone of clean energy digital infrastructure. </li></ul>
