As a business controller, you will support the controlling and finance team in managing and monitoring the financial performance of the business unit. The cost center controller is responsible for providing financial leadership, transparency and control for cost centers within the Business unit.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Lead cost center controlling.</li><li>Monitor and control cost center performance to ensure alignment with budgets and KPIs. Prepare monthly cost center management reports, variance analyses, and commentary for leadership. Support Cost Center leads with financial insight and cost optimization recommendations.</li><li>Support monthly and quarterly management reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking. Monitor costs, revenues, margins, and other key financial metrics to support data-driven decision making.</li><li>Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection and validation.</li><li>Contribute to improving financial data quality and processes.
