<h2>Overview</h2><p>Joby Aviation’s Flight Research team is seeking a highly motivated mechanical engineer to lead projects from a blank slate through flight tests in an iterative rapid prototyping environment. As a team member, you will leverage your deep understanding of fundamentals and demonstrated skillset to lead design efforts of a wide variety of mechanisms and components in support of aircraft research and development efforts. The target base pay for this position is $162,500 - $216,700/yr.
