You’ll lead relationships with our strategic distribution partners, shape joint growth plans, and ensure Xylem is seen as a trusted, value-adding partner across the channel.Success in this role comes from insight, credibility, and execution — not just managing accounts, but actively growing them.<h3></h3>What You’ll Be Accountable For<ul><li>Owning and developing long-term relationships with key UK distribution partners</li><li>Creating and delivering channel strategies aligned to Xylem’s commercial and growth objectives</li><li>Identifying new opportunities for product expansion, market penetration, and joint value creation</li><li>Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service teams to deliver a seamless partner experience</li><li>Analysing market and channel performance data to inform decisions and adapt strategy</li><li>Representing the channel voice internally, influencing priorities and decisions at senior levels</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Sustainable revenue growth through the channel</li><li>Strong, trusted distributor relationships built on transparency and mutual value</li><li>Clear, data-led channel plans that translate strategy into execution</li><li>Proactive identification of market trends and growth opportunities</li></ul><h3></h3>What You Bring<ul><li>Proven experience in channel, distribution, or key account management, ideally in a technical, industrial, or B2B environment</li><li>Strong commercial judgement with the confidence to challenge, influence, and lead</li><li>Analytical capability — comfortable using data to drive decisions and recommendations</li><li>A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability</li><li>Organised, adaptable, and motivated to exceed targets</li></ul><h3></h3>Qualifications<ul><li>Degree-qualified in business, economics, finance, engineering, or similar — or equivalent experience</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and professional development</li></ul>#LI-Remote#LI-CDYJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
