You’ll leverage advanced tools and automation to drive efficiency and insight, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, data analytics, and digital transformation.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities will include, though not be limited to, the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses using Excel, Power Query, and Tableau.</li><li>Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Support the integration and optimization of financial systems and tools.</li><li>Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.</li><li>Contribute ideas to strengthen our FP&amp;A processes and digital capabilities.</li><li>Help develop documentation, templates, and guides for financial workflows.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>Soft skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results.</li><li>Creative thinker with a passion for technology and process improvement.</li><li>Relevant experience will be considered a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Hard skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, and VBA for automation), Power Query (data transformation and visualization for dynamic reporting), and Tableau (building automated dashboards and integrating with SAP data); SAP (ability to extract and interpret actuals and forecast data).</li><li>Automation expertise (VBA scripting, Tableau automation, and Power Query transformations), system integration (linking SAP data to BI tools and ensuring data consistency), financial acumen (understanding of P&amp;L, gross margin, accruals, and forecasting concepts).</li><li>Optional: familiarity with VBA concepts, SQL (querying large datasets from ERP or data warehouse), and prompt engineering is a plus.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.</li></ul></div><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
