Employee Relations and Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Oversee the management of employee relations in the countries under their scope, in partnership with the EMEA Employee Relations team.</li><li>Lead collective agreement negotiations and ensure a constructive social dialogue with employee representatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal obligations and support local HR teams in managing relationships with labour institutions.</li></ul>3.
