This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer who is eager to grow in a global environment, work with modern technologies, and contribute to public-facing digital products used by our customers worldwide.You’ll receive mentorship from senior engineers, participate in design and code reviews, and learn how to build robust, well-documented APIs and backend services that power Nextpower’s cloud platforms.Key Responsibilities· Support the development and maintenance of backend services and APIs.· Help implement OpenAPI (Swagger) specifications and maintain clear API documentation.· Collaborate with front-end and DevOps teams to integrate and deploy services.· Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and participate in peer code reviews.· Assist with application monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.· Contribute to continuous improvement of our development and deployment processes.· Contribute to the progression of your professional development.· Communicate effectively in English with international team members.Required Qualifications· A commitment to continuous learning and your own professional development.· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent technical training).· 2+ years of professional experience in backend software development (internship or academic project experience a plus).· Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language – Golang or Python a plus.
