Job Description:The Sales Analyst will be based in Hyderabad, India. In this position, you will report to the Team Lead, Sales Analyst.We are looking for someone who demonstrates:<ul><li>Passionate drive to innovate and create</li><li>Integrity to the core</li><li>Enthusiastic customer focus</li><li>Consistent interactive teamwork</li><li>Desire for continuous improvement and top performance.</li></ul>Here is a glimpse of what you will do:<ul><li>​​Co-ordinate sales proposal process and generate quotes.</li><li>Provide creative input to bid strategy.</li><li>Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce.com CRM systems.</li><li>Manage all CRM system reporting, improvements and modifications</li><li>Generate Sales reports &amp; Presentations, and present to a wide variety of stake holders</li><li>Create and maintain sales models, ensuring positive contribution margin on all Nextpower sales.</li><li>Work closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on creative deal structuring and bid strategy</li><li>Learn and use PV Syst energy production modelling software for tracking systems</li><li>Work closely with Marketing &amp; Product Management Team to provide input on new products</li><li>Work with Customer Care to ensure efficient communications and provide excellent customer satisfaction</li><li>Continually streamline, standardize and improve proposal templates, bankability binders, and client presentations</li><li>Form excellent working relationships with other Nextpower departments, including Customer Applications, Cost Accounting, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and best in class quality of all Nextpower products.</li></ul>Here is some of what you will need (required):<ul><li>B.E/BTech (Mech/EEE/ECE) or (MBA desired) with 2+ years of pre-sales, sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.</li><li>Strong analytical skill and proven ability to work with multiple cross functional teams</li><li>Strong financial modelling skills.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li></ul>Here are a few of our preferred experiences<ul><li>Solar experience with project developer, project owner, EPC, IPP etc is preferred.</li><li>Passion for solar, always a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li></ul>At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
