Operators like Forest (London), Green Mobility (Copenhagen), and Joco (NYC) rely on us every day to move cities forward.As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow two fullstack engineering teams, distributed across Banja Luka, Hamburg, Vienna, and remote locations, that build the products powering mobility operators around the world.You will guide engineers working across frontend, backend, and cloud technologies, helping them deliver reliable, scalable, and user friendly solutions.Your role blends people leadership, technical judgment, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
