In this role, you will support ChargePoint with maintaining corporate subsidiary compliance matters, facilitating corporate record keeping, assisting with corporate filings, managing commercial contract assignments, legal operations, and much more.</p><p>In addition to the Legal team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance &amp; Accounting, Stock Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Information Security, and Product.
