We are a passionate, semi-distributed team collaborating in an agile process—pairing developers, designers, & product owners to build products that meet our customers’ core needs.
About You: We are looking for a pioneer to build out our renewals team who finds deep meaning and motivation in climate change mitigation to join our Success Team. Someone who values passion, leadership, inclusion, and transparency will be poised for success. We are a fast-growing company that is expanding globally and is driven by our mission to help clients reduce their organization’s carbon footprint by empowering them with data. You can expect to dive right in as the Company is currently pursuing a growth equity fundraising round. As the company scales, you will play a key role in working cross-functionally to establish a critical renewal process including processes and systems.
Responsibilities: Build out the renewals process for nZeroLead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships partner with customer success and the sales team to understand key decision-makers and current growth strategies to ensure an aligned voice to the customer negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal) that align to customer goals develop a playbook for renewal engagement maximizing revenue retention.
Qualifications: 7+ years of renewal or success experience preferably within an Enterprise SaaS / DaaS organization solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS / DaaS applications consistent track record of achieving goals history of thriving in a hyper-growth environment. Ability to build and grow business in a strategic manner, i.e. creating new processes and initiatives Bachelor's degree required
