We are searching for an experienced Claims Operations Associate who is an expert in customer communications. You will help bridge the gap between Lime’s Customer experience team and Lime’s Claims Team. In this fast-moving role, you will be able to show off your deescalation abilities while also assisting in Lime’s claims process improvement. You are passionate about utilizing your expertise cross-functional collaboration to achieve strong results for the overall success of the team.

What You'll Do

  • You will provide claims support to internal and external customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service for Lime Riders, Claimants, and their affiliates 
  • Collecting reports from insurance providers and vendors to help improve Lime’s risk profile 
  • Contribute to internal process documents and help streamline workflows
  • Guide claimants through Lime’s claims’ reporting processes & evaluate potential recovery
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a first-class customer experience
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement in Lime’s claims processes and cost management
  • Partner with cross functional teams and stakeholders across the globe

About You

  • 3 + years of verbal and written customer service experience
  • Knowledge of physical injuries, property damage, medical terminology, medical treatment protocols, and the wage loss claims process
  • Knowledge of auto coverage, liability and bodily injury claims
  • Excellent customer service skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (excel/google sheets, word/google doc)
  • Creative and analytical problem solving Bachelor's degree or or similar
  • Comfortable with working in a global environment
  • Fluent in English; Multi Lingual a plus!
