Job Description

What you will do
Become part of our Customer Management team in Zurich, where we support organizations along their climate action journey, from carbon neutral today to net zero tomorrow. 

  • You are responsible for the first level support and take enquiries by phone and email to support our customers on their way to carbon neutrality 
  • You will support customers with questions about climate protection, our online tools, CO2 balancing, data collection and marketing of climate neutral products
  • You will be involved directly in the development of our internal methods and software together with our different teams 
  • As an all-rounder, you gain comprehensive insights into the company and act as a link in constant exchange with our industry teams in customer management and other departments in order to process customer concerns in a targeted manner
  • You maintain all customer data and concerns in the CRM systems
  • You use and expand the existing knowledge database for a quick response to customer enquiries 
  • You are a strong communicator and can translate complex issues into convincing messages in German and English
  • You enjoy working in a small, dynamically newly formed and motivated team
Who you are
  • You have an incredible passion for sustainability and climate change
  • You have at least one year of work experience in customer service, call centre or service desk - we are open to all educational backgrounds and fields of study
  • You have a basic technical understanding to help our customers with challenges with our software
  • Your positive attitude enables you to answer difficult customer queries competently and convincingly to support their climate actions
  • You work in a well organized, structured and solution oriented manner and have a positive, convincing and customer-oriented attitude
  • You enjoy dealing with people, both in writing and on the phone
  • You communicate well and can convert complex information into convincing messages, both in German and English
  • You ideally have a basic knowledge of GHG accounting, carbon accounting or life cycle analysis
  • You speak German and English fluently, French and Italian are a plus
