Job Description

Resonant Link envisions a world with untethered batteries to electrify the future of work, logistics, transportation, and patient care, enabling a healthier, more sustainable future. Our innovative, world-class team focuses on transforming wireless charging to:

  1. Power fleets while they work: integrating our fast, wireless chargers into the stops that already exist during fleet operation (think pick stations for robots or loading docks for forklifts).
  2. Eliminate drivelines and battery replacement surgeries, for patients, forever: integrating our fast, efficient, and tiny wireless chargers into active, implantable medical devices like neurostimulators, pumps, and pacemakers.

As a key member of the People team, you’ll be joining a team that today includes our Head of People and a Technical Recruiter. We’re committed to building a healthy, collaborative organizational culture - and we’re looking for empathetic, problem solvers and collaborators to help us deliver on our mission. As the People Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with People leadership and be instrumental in delivering delightful and scalable employee experiences, building positive relationships across the team, and helping foster a people-first company culture. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR operational needs, as well as coordinating and driving impactful projects, including employee and intern onboarding. If you get energized by working at the intersection of people, process and technology, we’re excited for you to bring your creativity and skills to the team!

On an average day, you’ll...

  • Coordinate and help facilitate company pre-onboarding and onboarding to ensure new hires get off to a great start at Resonant Link
  • Coordinate and help facilitate company’s paid intern program to ensure interns have a meaningful professional development and learning experience while working with Resonant Link
  • Support key recurring employee lifecycle processes such as benefits administration, title and compensation changes, employment verification requests, and offboarding
  • Maintain data integrity in various HRIS & People systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality to ensure compliance and conduct file audits as needed (includes new hire paperwork (I-9s))
  • Partner with People team leadership and cross-functional team leaders on all HR administrative processes, including partnering with external legal partners to prepare required documentation for employees requiring visa sponsorship and/or work permits
  • Support one-off special projects and People initiatives, including team off-sites and vendor sourcing

Requirements

  • You believe in building people-first workplaces, and you’re passionate about delivering a positive employee experience that embodies Resonant Link’s values.
  • You have prior, relevant experience working in a role requiring a high-level of execution, operations coordination, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Prior experience working within or alongside a People team, especially within a start-up environment, preferred.
  • Must have up-to-date vaccinations for COVID-19 and use a mask when visiting on-site or attending company-sponsored events (mask requirement subject to change as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves)

Who We're Looking For:

  • You're interested in further developing your career in People/human resources and eager to improve People processes, systems, and initiatives, such as employee benefits, HR systems and administrative support.
  • You're motivated and energized by the opportunity to work, learn, and grow at a dynamic, start-up company.
  • You’re able to think several steps ahead to mitigate downstream risks, and are not afraid of asking questions to get the full picture and understand the impact of your work on other processes and roles / people.
  • You're a creative problem solver, taking initiative to own and solve problems with a mindset of continuous improvement - ensuring the process is fixed, not just the problem at hand
  • You're energized by scalable, process development, and enjoy creating & maintaining templates, playbooks, and workflow documents.
  • You’re adept at working in a distributed, dynamic environment, and feel comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
  • You’re an empathetic, collaborative, respectful, and honest team member - you know together is always better!

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and generous stock options
  • Paid holidays (including a week off at new year) and an unlimited vacation policy
  • The flexibility to work anywhere and a home office stipend for fully-remote employees
  • 100% health, dental, and vision coverage for employees
  • 401(k) retirement benefit
  • Generous paid parental and family leave
  • Learning/career development investment in your professional and personal growth including hiring outside mentors, professional development courses, and more
  • Company outings & team retreats (post-pandemic!)
