Executive Assistant (EA)

Redaptive is looking for an organized, energetic, and resourceful Executive Assistant to join our India office. If you are a driven Executive Assistant with a quality track record possessing strong phone, email and in-person communication skill, you are the one we are looking for.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize key meetings for cross-functional teams and external parties
• Manage complex calendars and schedules
• Oversee the organization of internal and external events
• Support hybrid virtual and in-person meetings as needed
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements for internal and external parties
• Compile meeting documents, reviewing meeting recordings, and taking notes/defining key action items
• Submit expense reports
• Taking the lead on special projects and any ad hoc requests

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 3-5 years of Executive Assistant/Admin experience
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and commonplace virtual meeting tools
