About you.

You’re a hands-on self-starter, motivated by the mission, and interested in a collaborative and international team environment. As part of the global Marketing team, you steer our efforts in Asia-Pacific, identifying opportunities to increase regional brand awareness and perception. Analytics is your second language and you know how to communicate actionable insights to your peers to improve regional and global campaign effectiveness. To accelerate in this role, you are detail-oriented, highly organized, and a strong communicator to ensure your peers in global hubs are always updated. 

Outcomes for the Role.

  • Identify relevant opportunities to increase brand awareness in APAC
  • Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies
  • Convert complex data into dashboards, understandable data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports
  • Collect and analyze campaign key metrics and identify opportunities to increase regional and global campaign performance
  • Monitor and analyze competition as well as media, marketing, and industry trends and propose new campaigns and channels
  • Communicate and present findings and proposals to colleagues and leadership
  • Ensure brand consistency, strengthen brand positioning in APAC, and build relationships with relevant regional partners

Proficiencies.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing
  • Deep knowledge of the Asian-Pacific market
  • Proven track record of increased campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and G-Suite
  • Analytical mindset and capable to break down complex findings into actionable insights
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Bonus.

  • Prior experience working at a B2B startup within a global market
  • Experience within the maritime industry
  • Fluent in Japanese
