Now, for you to thrive and grow in this role, your background should look something like this:</div><br><ul><li>Experience in project management within renewable energy, electrical engineering, ESS, or related technical fields.</li><li>Understanding of electrical systems, grid connection processes, and technical project workflows.</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills to handle diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and technical requirements.</li><li>Hands-on approach paired with problem-solving mindset and structured workstyle.</li><li>English B2–C1; Bulgarian fluency; other regional languages are a plus.</li></ul></div>
