The Account Manager position at SparkCharge has the opportunity to build our brand story and engage directly with electric vehicle market enthusiasts as the first point of contact with inbound opportunities. You will collaborate closely with sales and customer service to manage the transition of new clients and support new customer adoption of SparkCharge’s mobile DC fast charging product and services. As an early member of a fast growing team you will help define new workflows, influence program management and help scale the happiness of business partners and clients. This is a full time position based in our new headquarter in Somerville MA with expectations to work from the office 5 days a week.
About You:
Requirements
Experience with account management responsibilities from new customer onboarding to KPI performance tracking with strategic accounts.
Experience in sales or inbound marketing owning first-touch engagement and presentations with new business leads.
Early-stage growth experience in a start-up environment or experience building new services within an existing brand.
Fluent in using Hubspot CRM for sales conversations and activity management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality results, consistently
Exceptional communicator with cross-team collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
Leadership through getting stuff done.
